Creating a multi-question quiz with an image

You can place text entry input boxes on top of the fields in your image, and then create a freeform text entry question slide to provide feedback. Text-Entry Question Slides can only accept one correct input however, so please keep this in mind when designing your quiz. 

Alternatively, you can do away with a question slide and just use custom layers on a normal slide to provide feedback for the values entered by your learners in the text entry input boxes. There are many ways to approach this design inquiry, so I'll let members of the community chime in if they have other solutions that they'd be willing to share!
