Creating a Variable to change state of an object when revisting a slide from an assessment slide

Jun 27, 2018

Hi Everyone,

Was wondering anyone has attempted to create a loop between an assessment question and specific slides?

What I am trying to create is the following:

The learner will have 2 attempts at each assessment question - if their first attempt is incorrect, they will get the Try Again message. The text on the Try Again pop up will take the learner to the slide with the corresponding content so they can review it. (I've got this part sorted).

At this point, I want a new button to appear that will allow the user to click and return to the assessment question and have their second attempt. I've set up the button and hidden it so that it will only appear once the try Again button has been selected - but that's as far as I can go.

As I only want this button to appear on the re-visit, I figure I need to create a variable around Tue/false - If the re-visit is TRUE the button will appear and the NEXT button will change to hidden. I just don't know how to set this up.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance
