Creating videos for online course

Hi all, I'm fairly new to Articulate Storyline 360, with which I’m building an online course. This online course consists of e-learning content and several videos.

I'm trying to figure out what would be the best way to create a Video by slide presentation. In other words, if you play the video, you will see slides, and short videos, and meanwhile hear me talk/teach. What’s the best way to create these videos? Should I make the slides in storyline 360 and record the transcript and make a mpv4 of it somehow? Or should I use powerpoint instead? Or is it’s best to make the presentation in powerpoint and make a video of it with Articulate presenter? Or do you recommend another programme/way?
