I have researched for days now on the black box issue and the mobile overlay ... I have tried many workarounds with no luck to get rid of the black background but at least knowing that's not going away anytime soon before I buy the license for my company as we are looking to make 250 modules I need to be able to display them on a mobile/tablet and need to at least change the black to white to match our background. Any help with the .css way to change this?
My expertise isn't in the area of .css, but I can show you how to change the background color so it blends in with the slide you're creating. I've recorded a brief demo explaining how to choose a custom colored player.
