Cursor over Hotspot

Hello everyone,

I tried to search for an answer on this and couldn't find anything but I could be wording it wrong.  I'm trying to find a way for the cursor not to change to a hand when the user hovers over the hotspot.  We feel like it gives the answer away rather than forcing them to think about it.  This is for a slide where I need them to select what has changed.  I've added the file with an example of the slide that I'm attempting this on.
