Custom player tab with trigger to slide
Jun 25, 2018
Hi,
Hoping for some wisdom from the community.
I have created 4 custom 'Resources' player tabs which need to be accessible to the user from every slide.
The client does not want to use the 'lightbox' functionality instead, he wants the user to access a specific resource slide via each tab and have a 'Done' button which will in effect close the slide/take the user back to wherever they were prior to clicking on one of these tabs.
I have set up a trigger for each tab when clicked, to jump to the relevant resource slide, however I can't work out how to close this slide using a button with a trigger.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Lucille

Hey Lucille,
That sounds like a nice set-up for your users.
You can read details about adding those buttons and using triggers to make them work.

Thank you Leslie. :)
I think I got a bit complicated with my question... on reflection, my query might be as simple as... when using a lightbox, can we replace the red cross (which closes the lightbox) with a custom close button... something my client would prefer.
Ah, thanks for the decoding Lucille :) I read right over that question originally.
Take a look at this solution shared by a fellow community member, Pete, where he was able to accomplish this task.
Thanks so much Leslie. Much appreciated. ☺
