I need to customize the review layer for a fill in the blank question. As was suggested in other articles, I created a Review layer, thinking it would overwrite the default review layer, however, now it is displaying both.
The green arrow is pointing at the custom text I placed on the Review layer that I created. The red arrow is pointing at the list of correct choices that Storyline is randomly placing on its default review layer.
I read some other articles showing Edit Review Slide options and being able to prevent Storyline from showing the correct answer options, but the walkthroughts are for older version of Storyline, so I cannot locate those options.

Do you have this option checked in the Review results trigger? If so, try unchecking it and see if it makes any difference.
