All the tools (Presenter, Quizmaker, Storyline, Replay) have a audio recording option included. You may want to take a look at the tutorials here for Presenter 360 and Storyline 360 to see the options (All the tutorials are here). But depending on the level of audio editing and customization you want to do, it may be something worth considering an external tool.
