I would like to set a default font size before I start screen capture, so I don't have to change it screen by screen after the recording is done. Is it possible? Many thanks for your help.

Are you talking about the size of the font in the caption shapes that are added to each slide after inserting your screen recording as step-by-step slides? If so, you’ll want to continue changing the font on each slide after you insert your screen recording. We don’t currently have the option to change it before recording, but that sounds like an interesting idea that I can share with our product team.
