Can anyone tell me if and where the description would show after loading your course into an LMS? The SL360 publish page says it would not be visible in the output.
Use the Description field to define the purpose of your course. It won’t appear in your published output.
I'm just curious, is this description field soley used just in this specific spot and is not seen anywhere else? Thanks!
I did a quick test in SCORM Cloud LMS and can confirm that the Description is not visible in the uploaded course.
This field appears to be specifically for the course author only as a way to include a brief description of the course before publishing. Can I ask if you need the Description field to be visible elsewhere so I can check for possible alternative solutions?
Thanks for the response Joe! To answer your follow-up question, no, I do not have anywhere specific I need the description to go. I merely wanted to know if someone did put something in the description area, where would one see it other than that spot. I think you answered my question. Thanks!
