Developer urgently needed!

Only yesterday, my Articulate Storyline files stopped opening in my LMS. This was originally only happening in IE but is now occurring in all browsers. The files will not open and an error message appears stating that it is unable to connect to the server and that I need to connect to the internet. If anyone could help asap with this, please contact me as I need this urgently done as my users can't access the files.
