Dial trigger Problem

Hello every one , I am new in articulate storyline ,could anyone tell me how can I fix this problem , the trigger doesn't fore when the dial move to zero value , the trigger is (Jump to slide this slide) and it acts weirdly.

the screen shot error and the storyline file are attached. Thanks so much .

Hi Haydee,

Thanks for sharing your .story project file. That makes it a lot easier to troubleshoot the issue.

You don't have a slide for the project to jump to, so the trigger Jump to this slide can't work. Since what you really want to do is reset the state of the of the layers, Since Layer 1 is the layer that is displayed when the dial is set to 1, all you need to do is hide layer one when the dial value changes to 0. I've updated the trigger for you.

I don't know why the bit of the dial remains. You may have to get Articulate to weigh in on that .

Thanks for reaching out! Looks like you got some solid help from Dave (thank you!). 🌟

First, since you mentioned you're new to Storyline, I wanted to share its complete User Guide. It'll give you a great foundation for using all of the feature!

Jumping into Dave's brilliant build, I don't see any remains of the dial but I do see some "spots" near the text. Here's a short recording of my test.

Expanding each text box should do the trick. I also added a second slide, hid the built-in navigation buttons and added this trigger on the base layer:
