Dear all,

I need to share my SCORM package direct play there is no tracking and all. Just I shared my file with some clients. Unfortunately, they don't want it in Review 360 the file size is too big nearly 1GB. At the same time, they want direct play (No zip file) can help me how to fix this problem.

I have a few quick questions in order to better understand your setup:

When opening your course in DirectPlay Online, you do not see any reporting when users view your course?
Have you reached out to your LMS Administrator regarding this issue?
Additionally I'd like to confirm, have you had a chance to adjust the reporting and tracking options within Storyline 360?
- We'd be happy to take a closer look at your .story file to see the current settings. Feel free to share your file in the thread!

I'm curious to hear if other community members have come across this issue with this specific LMS!
