Discuss the Articulate website/E-Learning Heroes use Learning Analytics, or an other type of analytics?

Hi all,

I'm currently undertaking a university course in Learning Design, and I have chosen to base a major assignment on the learning videos and webinars provided by Articulate to train subscribers to use the programme. For the assignment, I'm looking to get an idea of whether analytics are used to improve the training videos/webinars, or the types of analytics used to do so. Perhaps some of this private info. But any help on this topic would be much appreciated.
