Display the value of a variable including the percent symbol?

I have number variable which I am using to calculate the score and then display the value.

So to display the score I am using this: "%Score%" (Score is the name of the variable). Is it possible to have the score displayed as well as the percent symbol at the end? Obviously this "%Score%%" doesn't work.
