I'm trying to figure out what works better; visual learning graphics or "important keyword text" pop ups. Both are synchronized to my voice.
I have a DEMO of what I have been putting together if you would like to see. It is unfinished and currently logo branded so I can't drop the link in public. I can PM if you would like to give me feedback.
Hey Josh! If you want to also pose your question in the Building Better Courses forum, you'll get some good instructional design traffic over there!
Also, while this isn't specific to the health insurance industry, you might get some good ideas from this article about transforming static content into something engaging for your learners.

Hi Josh - You can find dozens of fantastic medical e-learning examples in this recap: https://community.articulate.com/articles/elearning-medical-examples
Another roundup of examples: https://community.articulate.com/series/56/articles/paging-doctor-e-learning-12-medical-themed-examples
I've looked up so many different examples. Is it possible for you to take 5 minutes to review the demo? I can't seem to email you.
While these examples are all nice, they are not close to what I am doing. This would be creating the e-learning for a Medicare sales call center.
Appreciate the help.
