Has anyone ever used an integrated signature feature into a Storyline 360 project? We were looking to add a DocuSign integration into Storyline but this integration is not available, has anyone found a way to integrate a signature feature?
I don't know of any integrated signature feature. However, you could make successful completion of a course based on the user "signing" via an acknowledging statement.
Put a T/F question at the end of the course that is worded like an Acknowledgment statement (e.g., "Do you acknowledge that you understand and will follow Policy XYZ?").
Change "True" and "False" to "Yes" and "No."
Add a Results slide for that question, and have the course track completion based on that result.
Just in case, you do have to plan for what happens if someone answers "No." For example, give them options to review the content and to re-answer the Acknowledgment statement.
As long as the course is within an LMS, that will track whether the user "passed" by selecting "Yes" in answer to the acknowledgement statement. And that should be an acceptable, compliant alternative to signing.
