I'm using a custom Player template that works in html but does not work on the IPad - you get the standard dark player from the app - you state player set-up in the mobile player, so is there something I can do in the app?
Unfortunately no - the colors and such cannot be modified in the mobile player. If you've set up a custom player you will only see that if viewing the Flash or HTML5 output - not within the mobile player app.
Hi Ashley, the comparison chart is quite critical when you are developing courses for windows and mobile. Is there a document which details all the features supported and not supported? And if so could you provide a link to it. I am trying to establish if Exit in the player is supported on mobile? There is no mention of it anywhere, whereas other tabs, such as Gloassary and Notes are not supported.
Glad the comparison chart has been helpful. That details all elements of items you could set up - but features such as the exit course trigger are not specific to mobile vs. windows, although they can be problematic as described here. Also, if you've added an Exit course trigger to your Articulate Storyline content, you may find that it doesn't work on iOS 8 devices.
Unfortunately, Apple no longer allows code to close mobile Safari browser tabs. Learners will need to close the browser tab to exit the course if they're using an iPad or iPhone running iOS 8.
You'll also want to make sure you're on the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 4.
Hello Indrani - As you can see in the documentation that Ashley shared above, which you can also find here, the Print Results feature is not supported in HTML5 or the Articulate Mobile Player - which would be your mobile options.

Hi William,
Are you referring to the player set up in the mobile player app or just HTML5? You can see what elements are supported in this comparison chart.

Thanks so much Ashley. Is the Exit tab in the player the same as an Exit Course Trigger then?
Thanks Frances
Hi Frances,
Yes, although it's included in the player - it's set up based on a trigger.
How about the 'Print' feature? I had problems with the print button in a mobile environment. Thanks
