Downloading files for local use

We have 11,000 volunteers across the state that need access to training. Many have slow or no Internet connections. They are serviced by 87 county offices. In order to get training to our volunteers we could publish our training modules to CD's and distribute them to 87 offices. Is there another way? How might we publish so that we could electronically transfer Storyline (and Articulate) files for local offices to burn to CD's or jump drives?

Hi Eric,
I'd definitely recommend using the publish to CD option - and then you'll need to burn it to CD or place on a USB. Depending on what other infrastructure there is in place - if you use some type of file sharing service, you could share the files there, but they'll want to download and play off their own local drive.
That helps a lot. What type of file sharing service do you recommend? Would Google Drive do the trick?
Hi Eric,
I can't make an "official" recommendation - but I know a lot of users who host content (publish for web even) on a site such as Dropbox or Google Drive - and you could also use a site such as WeTransfer.com to send the file for them to download.
