Drag and Drop Issues with Storyline 3

Hello Articulate peeps,
I'd like to know if anyone has experienced issues with the drag and drop functioning with Storyline 3? I've recently updated a Storyline 2 project using Storyline 3. That project had a drag and drop page that worked perfectly before. Now, after publishing with Storyline 3, when users tried to drag an object, the object would not move. What's stranger is that when I tested this out on my laptop and a few other work machines, the interactions worked. However, others in my company are experiencing difficulties with the drag and drop.
Is this a Storyline 3 thing? Is this a compatibility issue with Adobe Flash Player versions?
The computers that the course worked on were the ones with Flash Player 26 Active X and Adobe Flash Player 26 NPAPI.
Some that didn't work had Adobe Flash Player 27 NPAPI.
We use both Chrome and IE, I also published using the default settings for an LMS.
Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To answer your questions:
1. It was published for an LMS
2. The file was tested on SCORM cloud as well as on our LMS platform
3. For the users that had the issues, they were using Chrome. They also tried IE, but it seemed the course was worse off with IE.

i'm having a similar issue I have a very simple drag and drop that worked fine in SL2 but is not working in SL3. I'm not even publishing, just previewing and it's not working. Can someone take a look at the file? I don't want to share here though.
