I remember there are some similar discussions before, but I really cannot find them with "searching", have to ask again.
On a freeform slide, I have only ONE drop target with a few items both right and wrong. It is obvious to set all right answers draggable to the target, but how to make the wrong answers also draggable, so that learners can also drag the wrong answers into the only target, and click "submit" to see the feedback.
And, just point sth out in case others have the same issue, the trick here in my case is I just realized I have to select "Return item to start point if dropped outside to any drop target" not to "a correct drop target".
