Ignore the Correct and Incorrect feedback. Leave them blank, and they won't show. Create a layer for each item of feedback you want. Create triggers to launch them when you click "Submit"
I envision something like:
Show layer Item1Correct when the user clicks Submit on condition that Item1 is correct.
Show layer Item1Incorrect when the user clicks Submit on condition that Item1 is not correct.
Then on both of those layers two similar triggers to show the appropriate layer for item2 feedback when you click "Continue". And etc.
