e-Course failed to complete on SAP Android App

We have developed some courses with videos which work fine on Browsers and iOS mobile app. However, those app failed to record completion status on SAP Successfactors Android app. Observations are listed below:

1. course is viewed on SAP Successfactors Andriod app

2. course with video

3. course viewed under 5 minutes or skipping video playing will record completion status successfully

4. course viewed over approximately over 5 mins will never able to record completion status, even after quitting the course, resume playing and finish within very short time.

SAP replied that there is some conditional coding in the javascript which may be the cause of the problem. Could Storyline expert please help on this?
