I have tried it over the weekend and today, for common terms I KNOW are in the forums, such as "template," and I get a zero. Don't know where else to post this to bring it to someone's attention.
Well ... if this is an apparently longstanding issue, why does there continue to be a search button on each page? Why not replace it with an "under construction" sign and refer people in a text box to use a search engine? This simple change would prevent a lot of late-night frustration.
Hi Susan! Sorry that this caused you frustration, and I will share your thoughts with our web team.
It is not a consistent issue nor is it happening to all users, so the cause has not been pinpointed. It is working just fine for most users, including our staff

It's a known issue. But you can't search for info about it because... well, for obvious reasons. =)
Try using Google; just type this:

It works great.
Hi Susan! Looks like Sheila hit the nail on the head here, and it is an issue that our web team is aware of. I utilize Google for my searches as well
