E-LEARNING REVIEW

Jan 27, 2016

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to Storyline and need to provide the review team with a document that includes all of the text from my presentation.  The only way I know to do this is to publish to word but not all of the wording within my slide layers appear.  I have selected this as an option. Does anyone know if there is another way around this?

Thanks for your help.

I usually create a custom review file that has a 2-column table. I put screen shots in the left column (one per row). The right column is used for programming notes (e.g., if I need to explain how a slide works or describe branching). The right column is also where reviewers enter their comments. With that document in a shared space (e.g., SharePoint), you can compile all the comments in one place. And later reviewers can see earlier comments and respond to them, if appropriate.

You can start with the images you get when publishing to Word, and then capture special, multi-layer screens as needed with SnagIt or similar software. Or just go through the course in Preview mode and capture screens in the order that makes the most sense.
