Ecommerce Hosting Sites. That work with Articulate Storyline

I am looking for options for an eCommerce course hosting site. While I have found some options, most are not what I want.  In particular I need:

• Hosting site that allows the sale of courses at a reasonable cost
• The ability to upload courses myself ( I have found some such as Thinkific which can handle HTML 5 web courses but you need to email customer support to upload course files. Turnaround is 3-4 days. Not acceptable).
• Good tech support when and if needed.
• Ease of entry (meaning I to not want to start at 100,000 students and pay for that, want to start small and scale as needed.
• There are other criteria but this will give you an idea of what I am looking for.

Anyone have any suggestions.
