Editing a .Storyline file Sep 16, 2019 By Mardi Solomon Hi there I have a files with the .storyline extension which I want to open and make some edits. I recieve this error message attahced. can anyone assist>? thanks so much articulate_error_message.PNG

Try searching your temp folders to see if you can find a backup of it Open this location in Explorer C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Articulate\Storyline Then try this: Copy the .tmp file to your Desktop Change the .tmp extension to .story by renaming the file Open the file.
