eLearning Instructional Designer

CARA's customer is in search of an Instructional Designer to:

Support the Regulatory Affairs (RA) Training efforts, Company seeks a tenured Training Solutions Designer that can support a portfolio of training projects in support of multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate is someone who has the following attributes:

• On-site at Company headquarters in Lake County, Illinois

• Experience designing and developing learning solutions for multiple modalities including: webinars, eLearning, and performance support.

• eLearning design and develop including experience working with storyboards, scripts, and a variety of development

• Ability to map business information and processes into training solutions

• Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Project Management Experience: developing a project plan, including charter, scope, project management approach and management plans, such as the statement of work, cost estimates, schedule, etc.

• Experience with industry standard collaboration and development tools such as: MS Office, Articulate Suite, Articulate Storyline and/or Captivate

Project work to be performed onsite in the Chicago land area.
