There are a few options to limit suggested videos, etc, but when I publish it, I get a blank white area where the video should play. I am embedding it as a web object.
If you're viewing this from within your LMS, which uses https, you may need to change the youtube embed link from "http://" to "https://". It published and worked fine for me when played locally, so that might be your issue. The only other problem I had was clicking on your next arrow. I either had to click directly on the arrow or the circle around it, I could not click on the blank space inside the circle. I think you can correct that by adding a fill color and then giving it a transparency of 99% or something like that.
Btw, the next arrow issue only appears in the html5 output version. It also appears that your opening slide advances to the next slide without the "start" button being pressed, also only in the html5 version.

That links seems to work fine as a web object for me. Can you post your project or at least just that slide?
