Do you mean to publish for web (I am publishing for LMS) and then modify this file? (There is no index...the html files are index_lms and index_lms_html5 and story and story_html) The video isn't in the first slide, so that doesn't make sense to me? I don't entirely understand. Thanks.
Didn't you say you were "...using Web Object Embed"?
Create a folder on your desktop Create an index.html (see code above) in that folder In the WebObject dialog box, target the folder, not the index file Publish it to web to see it in action; won't work from within SL
When you publish your course (web or zip) your web object will be housed in \story_content\WebObjects\someweirdfoldername and it will be referred to correctly. It will work, try it out.

Put this code in the index.html for your webobject. Change w/h, as necessary.
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title></title>
</head>
<body>
<iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fWCC6lTd2mQ?start=40" width="1280" height="720" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe>
</body>
</html>

It doesn't matter which slide the video is on.
I'm sorry. I don't understand this. So then the storyline project files, which will be hosted in an LMS, always need to target a file on my desktop? Is this article not correct? https://articulate.com/support/article/How-to-Add-YouTube-Videos-to-Articulate-Storyline-360-Courses

See the attached.
Success! Thank you.
