I am getting ready to start my 6th grade class - their homework is about 90% Articulate 360 modules with quizzes in each one. Every year, we seem to have some little glitch come up (less and less each year and not always Articulate's fault). Is there any current recommendations for avoiding/solving potential problems? Are there recommended browsers, interfering software, etc that I should let my students know about? Does Articulate curate a page of such problems/solutions that I could refer users to?

Storyline 360 is compatible with several browsers listed here, and I've found lots of success sticking to Google Chrome.
While we don't have an official list of problems and solutions, you can get around most glitches by offering these steps to your students:
