Ending quiz after question 1

Greetings,

I need some help troubleshooting this file. It displays Question 1 fine, and it displays the "correct" and "incorrect" layers as it should. But when I choose "Continue", it jumps to the results instead of to Question 2 as indicated by the triggers. When I watch closely, I can see that it actually DOES bring up Question 2, but then jumps to the results.

So here is Question 2. Do you see anything that would trigger it to jump to the results as soon as it is displayed?

Thank you. I don't know that I have permission to share the file, so used a screenshot to show the triggers. In the end, we found it necessary to just rewrite the quiz from scratch.

Hi, Val,

Whenever you see a slide immediately jump to the next slide without any triggers, check the Slide Properties. Be sure that the Slide advances field is set to By user.

For future reference:

To avoid sharing confidential info on the Forum, it's best to create a copy of the file. That copy should only include the slide(s) that have the problem. And if you can't even share that text, just replace it with placeholder text.
I think it's safe to share any file with the support team at Articulate. They are very discrete, and they delete files after the case is closed. (If needed, I think they'll even sign a non-disclosure agreement.)
