How can I ensure my font and size throughout my module is consistent. Is there a fast way to do this? Or do I need to go through each slide and make sure the size is the same? Also I notice on some slides 14 looks much smaller or bigger. Why does this happen? Any tips for polishing up my module would be great. Getting ready to publish and post on our internal webpage for employees to check out.

Each slide can have the font size and style controlled independently. To have a consistent look and feel across each, using Theme fonts or Slide masters at the start of your project would help set the stage.
Since you've already set up the slides applying a master or theme font may be a bit too involved, but one idea I've seen shared here in ELH is to export a copy of the course for Translation using Word. You could modify the fonts and sizes there a bit easier and then import that copy back into your file. I'd make a copy of your .story file, to be safe in case there's an errant change which you didn't intend!
