ePath LMS Quiz Scoring Error

I have uploaded an Articulate Storyline course (SCORM 1.2) into our ePath LMS, but I have noticed that as we are completing the course, it is populating multiple test scores. I have tried it on a couple of our dummy accounts and on my personal account, with almost the same results. It seems to always populate a score of 0, the actual score, and another that I cannot figure out where it is coming from. On one test attempt, I intentionally failed the test with a 50%, I took it again and made 100%, but it is also populating a score of 30% that I cannot find a cause for. I have spoken to the Admin with ePath Learning, and he states that he was able to upload into their test environment and recreate the issue, but is not familiar with Articulate products to offer me any assistance outside of stating that I was uploading the module correctly. Can someone offer me any assistance on maybe why this is happening? I have attached my zipped course if that is helpful. If you need it in another format, please do not hesitate to let me know. Hello Kenyetta! 

One surefire method or troubleshooting LMS issues is to test the output in a different environment. SCORM Cloud is handy for this kind of testing because it's industry-standard.

I uploaded your course to SCORM Cloud here – do you see the same scoring problem when you take the quiz by clicking that link?

Also, I noticed your file was published with Storyline 360 Update 23. We're now on Update 25, and I'd recommend installing the latest update to take advantage of the bug fixes and new features we've added since then!
