Error in an imported interaction Engage13 to Storyline. Help Pleas

Hello
I have been developing a virtual learning objects with Articulate Studio 13 and Storyline (version 2013). I imported an interaction from Engage 13 Storyline according to the instructions found in the user forum (Exactly was Bulletin Board). After importing the interaction Storyline, published content, and I began to visualize the entire lesson. I got to the Bulletin Board and opened the text boxes but the close button the text box did not work. I updated and checked the interaction and everything was fine.
I want to know if there is a solution to this problem of compatibility between Engage (imported as web object) and Storyline.

Hi Julian,
Could you tell us a bit more about how you're testing the content and where it's being hosted? You'll want to test within the intended environment as described here or else you may encounter security restrictions and other issues.
If you are testing within the intended environment, and you've tried it in a few different browsers as well - could we take a look at your course?
