I am having a problem publishing SL files. Before, I would set up the parameters of the player control feature and then publish the content and it would save all of the files in one folder. Now, however, when I press publish the screen does not show that it is publihsing and it creates a folder with nothing in it.
I am publishing to my desktop. I did not have problems prior to this. It just creates the output folder, but does not show the loading as it normally does when publishing and the folder is empty. The path length is simple. I have also restarted my computer multiple times. I did contact support, no word yet.

Are you publishing to a network drive or usb stick, this might cause a problem.
Also I would check your path length and make sure you are not using any special characters.
After that I would restart my machine, and then log a support case with articulate
