Error when publishing or viewing a scene

I am receiving this error message when trying to publish or view a scene.

Hi Charlotte,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

A publishing/previewing error usually indicates the presence of corrupted data in your project file. If you're already working locally when attempting to publish/preview your course, try importing the slides of your course over to a new project file to see if this helps fix the issue.

If you are still unable to view your course, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can try and fix the file for you. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
