evaluating free storyline for my company..the tutorial videos go to black and message that they won't play

I raved about storyline to my company, and downloaded the free version to show the buyers how great it is and to see if it would run well on my laptop. The first time I went to the tutorial videos it took forever with the wheel spinning. I came back later and now I get a black screen and the error message to try later. I undid pop up blocker, but it still will not work. Does anyone from Articulate have an idea if this is my system config. or what could be causing this. I need to get a demo done soon, so we can start using it to build courses. HELP
