I'm no expert but it looks like your internet security, firewall or virus protection is shutting it down. You could test this by turning off your internet security and trying again. Bit dangerous these days to leave yourself vulnerable thought. You can go into your Antivirus software and tell it the Storyline program is safe, by adding it to an exception list. That might help. Otherwise may I suggest you go back to the main Articulate site, Support, and then click on the Contact tab to register a support ticket. That way experts can help you directly with your problem.
