Exit Trigger Not Working in 360

Can you provide some more detail?  What are you trying to do? How is your slide / lesson set up? Where is the trigger located?

If you could share your lesson file - or at least a screen shot or two - that would be helpful so we can see what is happening (or not happening). You can share using the Add Attachment button below.

Yes, the Exit course trigger is just not working when viewing on any browser.

I've attached a sample page.

How are you testing it? Are you previewing the file? Publishing the file? What behavior are you seeing when you click Exit?

Both...viewing preview...and publish in different browsers.  Nothing happens.  The button that calls the Exit Course trigger does nothing.

Happy to jump in and help here! 

After reviewing your slide, I am having a hard time recreating the issue. The Exit button in the Player Menu allows me to exit the course. Here is a quick clip of what I am showing:

Could I have you share a screen recording of the issue you are experiencing? This would help out greatly to determine the best next steps!

Very weird... It's just not closing the window or tab when I click.  

Perhaps it's my browser.... I will send a recording shortly.

For what it's worth, we never use the Exit button / trigger. We just tell learners to close the window / browser.
