Export to a Powerpoint format or copy slides into Powerpoint

Hi there,
I've seen other discussions related to saving Articulate stories as Powerpoint files. However they're all a few years old so I'm hoping there may have been some updates since!
I work in a highly regulated environment where all training modules must be reviewed and approved within a document control system. All previous trainings were simple (and boring) powerpoint presentations, which are compatible with the document control system and allow the necessary reviews to happen.
Going forward I will create interactive and engaging content using Storyline 3 (I hold the only license for this on-site). Other users do not need to be able to review or change the interactive elements of the training modules, but they still need to be able to review the actual written content on the articulate slides, within the document control system.
So I need a way to save the slides or layers a powerpoint slides, or save the slides as images and copy/paste them into a powerpoint document which I can then pass through the document control system and people can make annotations on.
Any ideas?

Exporting to Word creates graphics, but basically shows what you see on the slide; everything stacked on top of each other.
If you have to copy an image of each slide, I'd play the story, and use Microsoft's Snip. One Click and it copies the window, then paste.
