I have been having this problem for a while now where I publish my file to articulate 360 and send the link to people to view. However, when they go through it some of the slides go funny and the user cant advance. This is frustrating me no end! Here are some snapshots of what it looks like...
Hi, Byron. I'm really sorry your learners are seeing that–yikes, that's definitely frustrating! I'd love to lend a hand and have a couple of questions for you to narrow down the cause:
What version of Storyline 360 are you using? Simply go to the Help tab > About Storyline for that detail.
Do you notice any trends with the learners that run into this oddity? Are they all on the same browser?
