That's probably not the most efficient way to do things. If you wanted to create animations I'd use PowerPoint since you have better animations and you can output as .gif.
If you do want to use Storyline, you can use a free tool like screentogif to record the animation you create.
Since there is no way to export to power point from storyline I'm looking to use the work I already have.
While I would welcome better animation and editing tools the software and IT policies of my organization are restrictive. Thus I am looking to get the most of the the tools that I have.
