I created a quiz in articulate using various types (multiple answer, multiple choice, pairing, true/false). I did not use the question bank feature. Just built it slide by slide. I want to export it to excel or a CSV file. Is this possible? and if so, how do I do this please? I only see discussion on the topic from a year ago with no clear answer.

No - you can only import quiz questions. There is not an export option unfortunately.
