External File folder disappeared when I zip the course

I am experiencing some issues with adding external contents to my courses.

I've added some files in the player and other downloadable materials embedded in my slides, but when I've shared them with a colleague of mine, she cannot see any files, even though I've tried two options: local-based files (stored on my desktop) and server-based files to which both of us have access.

On my side, when I published the LMS, I can see the story content folder containing all the external materials, but when I zipped the course, it disappeared. In both cases, my colleague cannot access these external contents.

Could you please advise? Can this be linked to the fact that file names contain Greek characters?

Thanks for sharing those details! It looks like my teammate, Angelo, has reviewed your files and determining a possible bug where Files with non-English filenames don't work as expected when triggered from within the slide or attached in the player resource.
