Can I fade on blocks of text and buttons as they are mentioned by the voiceover and still meet WCAG guidelines? (Note: Seekbar is open to rewind/fast forward. Play/Pause is enabled.) Or does this constitute an animation that now needs to be described? I hear different experiences when being reviewed for 508 compliance. Thanks in advance for your help!
