I am creating a drag and drop challenge. Regardless of how I set my stages, states and triggers, when I drag the correct object to the designated spot, I get the incorrect feedback.
It almost seems that the default setting is for incorrect no matter what I select.
I've looked at discussions in here and have looked at the feedback master slides, etc., but I am finding no answers.
It sounds like you are never hitting the correct drop area. I'm assuming that you set the drag and drop activity to ensure that you have a hot spot set as the correct target. Make sure that you don't have anything else, like another invisible hot spot on a higher layer over the correct hotspot. That could prevent your hotspot from activating.
If all else doesn't work, if you could post your project, someone could take a look at it for you.
You need something to act as a drop target. It doesn't specifically have to be a hot spot, although I find that usually works best. But you do need something that you can designate as the correct target. It can really be anything that you can place on the stage. When you set up your drag and drop activity, you need to specify what that correct target is in the drag and drop's question parameters.
Also Jill, just an FYI that responding via email includes your signature here so you may want to look at editing the response to remove that information if you'd like.

Hi Dave, thank you. So I need to set a hot spot on the area I need to drag/drop?
