Feedback insertion

Hi,

I have designed a course, which has 4 slides, and in each slide,there are 4 to 10 slide layers. I wish to put the course for trial with 10-12 participants. I wish that these participants can 1. give/insert/type feedback/comment in each slide/slide layer in published mode ( A case of variable text entry) 2. How can I capture these participants' feedback on each slide/slide layer in a document (.csv or other format)?
