feedback loop quiz

hi everyone,

would like to seek advice on setting up a 'feedback loop' quiz with question bank:

The requirements:

• An initial 10 Qs quiz, the other 30 Qs (divided into 3 banks) for rotation if any of 10 Qs are answered wrongly.  Meaning, The 10 Qs are from 3 banks - A, B and C.
• If Q from bank A is wrong, user will get a new Q from bank A for follow up Quiz 2 and so forth
• If Q from bank B wrong, fetched from bank B a new Q  for follow up Quiz 2 and so forth
• If Q from bank C wrong, fetch new Q from bank C for follow up Quiz 2 and so forth

 He will continue to sit until he passes.
