We've published our content and are able to achieve a passing score, however upon clicking Next or EXIT (Finish button), we are still required to click on the X to close the browser.
This seems to be resulting in the score not registering in our LMS. It just shows Incomplete until the user reopens the training and closes out the browser window again.
Any ideas on how to get the Finish button to work?
Hi Brooke, how is your learning presented? Is it in a pop-up window? What the Exit command does is send a command to the LMS which tells it that the content is closing the current Session. I think the content relies on the LMS to then trigger other events such as closing the module and returning to an appropriate LMS page. I think the exception to this is if you have selected in player options that the course should load in a new window "Launch player in new window (creates launch page)".
So, if the LMS is loading the content in the new window, the content closing the session, should be enough for the LMS to know that it should close the window.
Have you tried the content on any other LMS, for example SCORM Cloud (free to test content under 100mb in size). It might be worth seeing how it behaves on there and how the tracking works to see if you get a different result.
Also, I'm happy to have a look at your file, just in case you are missing something.

With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
